Chilli Cheese Buster Pizza Pie

Deep dish. Deep flavour. Serves 4


Bread dough from the supermarket
1 egg, beaten
1 x packet Chilli Cheese Busters
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup Fruit Chutney
3 onions chopped & caramelised
1 packet Back Bacon, fried and cut into bite sized pieces
1 1/2 cups grated mozzarella (or any cheese you have available in the fridge)
A pinch of dried oregano
Flakey sea salt & Crushed Black pepper
Spray and cook


Preheat the oven to 220C. Prepare a rectangular oven tray with spray and cook and lightly sprinkle a bit of flour onto the tray.
Roll the bread dough into a triangle until it is about 1 cm thick. Place the bread dough onto the tray.
Brush the edges of the bread dough with egg wash then arrange the Georgies Pork Chilli Cheese Busters along the edge of the tray on top of the bread dough. Fold the bread dough over the chilli cheese busters.
Spread the mayo and fruit chutney onto the middle of the pizza pie, then arrange the onion, bacon and cheese on top. Sprinkle with salt, pepper & dried oregano. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown, crispy & the cheese melts.
