MARINATED BURGERS
These marinated burgers are very popular – both at home and with international judges. Many homemade burger patties call for pork to add flavour. We’ve just gone the whole hog – delicious pork in a BBQ marinade. They’re wonderful on a bun, or with any meal, from breakfast to dinner. We often cook, slice and keep in the fridge for a quick snack or to round out a salad.

RIB EYE STEAK
A pork rib eye steak with a Texan or Herb spice rub. Pork rib eye steaks are boneless and cut from the rib area of the loin – we’re thinking the flavour of ribs, but accessible with cutlery.


KASSLER STEAKS
Kassler steaks are great anytime. Delicious as dinner or on the braai. Our kassler steaks teaks are salt cured and lightly smoked for extra flavour.

PORK FILLET
Also known as pork tenderloin, this is a soft, cut that is very low in fat, but still packed with flavour. Ideally cooked medium well with a ‘blush’ left in the centre and left to rest for 2 minutes. Cut into steaks and you’re good to go. We prefer to pan fry, but roasting or an open fire also works very well.
