BBQ Pork Ribs with Rocket, Chared onion & Cremazola Salad

A perfect meal for long summer days
Ingredients:
x1 packet of Georgies BBQ Pork Ribs
100g Wild Rocket
50g of Cremazola Cheese
x1 Lemon
x1 Onion
x30 ml Olive Oil
Method:

Get your Braai going.

Cut onion in half and allow to caramalize on the grill.

Smack whole rack of ribs on the grill bone side down (allow to cook 5 to 7 minutes each side and continuously baste with remaining sauce).

Crumble Cremazola, squeeze some lemon and add a dash of olive oil to create a summery rocket salad.

Remove Pork Ribs from grill and allow to rest

Serve on Board for all to enjoy
