Black Noodle Stir Fry with BBQ Ribs

Sweet and salty with clean Asian flavours.


1x bbq wood smoked Georgie's BBQ ribs
1 tbsp sesame or peanut oil
1 tsp soy bean paste
1 thumb ginger, sliced
1 red onion, slices
1/2 red & yellow pepper, sliced
1x pouch fresh stir veg
1/2 packet black noodles


Grill or braai your pork ribs but make sure you reserve some of that delicious BBQ marinate sauce. (Because they are precooked there’s not a lot of time wasted)
In a pan or wok heat your oil and add soy bean paste, ginger, onion and peppers.
Add the stir fry veg pack and all the bbq sauce you didn’t throw away with the packet.
Boil your noodles and toss into the stir fry.
Remove the ribs from the oven, slice and sprinkle with some seeds and when you’re ready to serve. Plate away!!!
