Kassler Steak Asian Sticky Salad

A nice and easy meal to make if you want something filling but still with a bit of freshness
Ingredients:
x1 Kassler Steak
150g of Frozen peas (optional)
150g of Beetroot (optional)
x1 Mini Cos lettuce (cut in half)
x1 Tablespoon of Mayonnaise
x20 ml lite soy Sauce
x1 pinch of sesame seeds
x1 pinch of poppy seeds
x1 teaspoon of sesame oil
x30 ml olive oil
x2 Tablespoons of Honey
Method:

This recipe can be done on the grill / griddle or in the oven

Pea Purée - Take Peas, cook for 1 minute, put in blender and blend it until you get a purée

Beetroot Purée - Take beetroot, cut into cubes, cook for 10 to 15 minutes with a dash of sugar, then remove and insert in blender

Soy & Mayo drizzle - x1 Tablespoon Mayo + 20ml Soy, mix together until smooth. You will thank me later :)

Cut Cos lettuce in halfs and drizzle olive oil

Smack Cos Lettuces on the grill for 3 minutes

Marinade the Kassler Steak in Soy sauce and add some honey to it, allow to marinade for a few minutes, then smack it on the grill! Cook for 2 to 3 minutes each side, remove and allow to rest.

Roughly chop the cos lettuce and slice the Kassler Steak, mix together and place in the center of the plate. Drizzle a little sesame oil.

Add Pea purée and Beetroot purée (optional)

Drizzle with Mayo Soy Blend :) Yummmm

Garnish with spring onions poppy seeds and sesame seeds
