Pork noodles

With thanks to Alex for the recipe
Salty pork, noodles, clean Asian flavours and a little bit of heat!

Ingredients:

1 packet Pork Rashers
Egg Noodles
700 ml water
100 ml Low Sodium Soy
Sesame Oil 15 ml
1 teaspoon Sichuan Chilli Oil
Spring Onions
Sesame Seeds
1 Shitake Mushroom
Pak Choi

Method:

Cut rashers into 5 x 6 cm rectangles

Put half the Rashers in a pot with 700 ml water, the Shitake Mushroom and the Soy

Put the other half of the rashers into the air fryer for 15 minutes at 200º C

Once cooked, remove Rashers from the air fryer and add to the broth

Cook the broth for 25 to 30 minutes

Add the Noodles and cook for 3 minutes

In a bowl, layer Sichuan Chilli Oil, a dash of Sesame Oil, a dash of Soy and Pak Choi

Add the Broth to the bowl and and sprinkle with Sesame Seeds and Sprinkle Onions
