Puffy Cheese Griller Snack

Perfect meal for a light lunch or a party snack


x1 Packet of Geogies cheese grillers
x1 Tomato
x4 Button Mushrooms
x2 Baby Onions
x30g Wild Rocket
10g Dried Oregano
x1 Sheet of ready Puff Pastry


Cut and lay (20cm x 15cm) Puff pastry on a greased baking tray and cook in oven for 15 min at 160 degrees.
Cut baby onions in half, place onions face down on medium heat pan and allow to caramalize (this is for the caremelized onion rings), remove after 20 minutes. If you dont have time simply sautee onions to your liking and set aside.
Similar to the onions, take the tomato and mushrooms and slice in thin slices caramelizing each side until a nice char is achieved, remove from hot pan and allow to rest.
In a big enough pan, add water and heat it to 80% with a pinch of salt, insert cheese grillers and allow to bath in the water until you are ready to serve.
Remove puff pastry from the oven and place on a board.
Assemble your puffy cheese griller by adding all ingredients as if you were making a pizza.
Drizzle with some olive oil or Balsamic reduction and enjoy!
