Smoky and Creamy Wood Smoked Bacon Pasta

A delcious smoky pasta dish with notes of coriander and paprika

Ingredients:

1 packet wood smoked Georgie's shoulder bacon, chopped
1 onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1 cup fresh cream
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp liquid smoke (optional)
Pasta to serve with
Parmesan, spring onion, coriander and chilli flakes to garnish

Method:

In a pan sauté the bacon and onion until onion is cooked through.

Add the crushed garlic, sauté for a few minutes and stir in cream.

Add the paprika and liquid smoke and simmer for a minute.

Toss in your choice of cooked pasta (I used linguine) and make sure it’s even coated in your Smokey, creamy bacon sauce.

Serve immediately whilst still warm and garnish with chopped spring onion, shaved Parmesan and fresh coriander and if you enjoy a kick some chilli flakes.
